Finally set up a modern blog

I've been going through Harry Percival's Excellent book at http://www.obeythetestinggoat.com/ and decided to stand up a blog for the first time in years.
Many thanks to the authors of the software I'm using:
- Michael Yin https://blog.michaelyin.info/ author of this particular blog software
- the various author's of the wagtail project for building the CMS that this blog is built on.
I've done sysadmin and devops style stuff as well as other software work on the backend but I've recently taken a pretty deep dive into Django and various other web technologies and I plan to write about my experiences on this blog in the coming days.
